NOTICE OF HEARING

TO:    All Creditors, Heirs, Devisees and other persons interested in the Estate of

Gladys Muriel Bozorth, Deceased

    YOU, and each of you, are hereby notified that on the 23rd day of May 2019, the Petition of David Wayne Dietterle was filed in this Court requesting a Determination of Heirship to real property owned by Gladys Muriel Bozorth now deceased, having died on February 1, 1985 . At the time of her death being a resident of the State of California; and that at the time of her death owned an undivided 1/24th (4.1667%) interest in the following described real property (minerals) located in Converse County, Wyoming, described to-wit:

Township 35 North, Range 71 West of the 6th P.M., Converse County, Wyoming

Section 18: W½SE¼,        

Section 19: Lots 1 (33.27), 2 (33.44), W½NE¼, E½NW¼             

Interest: 4.1667% Gross Acres 306.71 Net Acres:  12.7796

and no previous record judicial determination of said decedent’s heirs or right of descent and distribution of said real property interest having been had within the State of Wyoming;     

    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petition of David Wayne Dietterle requesting a Determination of Heirship of Gladys Muriel Bozorth, deceased, as filed in this Court, be, and the same is, hereby set for hearing and determination at 8:00 o’clock AM., on the 28th day of June, 2019, in the District Courtroom, Converse County Courthouse, Douglas, Wyoming, at which time said Petition shall be heard and determined. All interested persons in said estate and proceedings, including creditors, heirs and devisees, are hereby given notice of said petition and hearing, and of Petitioner’s request to have the heirs as identified in the Petition determined to be at the time of her death, her sole heirs, and entitled to the hereinabove described interest in the property, as Tenants in Common, according to the laws of the State of Wyoming. Upon said hearing, and objections, if any, an order will be entered accordingly.
