In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Freestone Midstream, LLC to construct the Nighthawk Facility, to consist of one (1) 600 bbl desander tank (TNK006), two (2) 400 bbl produced water tanks (TNK002, TNK007), one (1) 500 bbl hydrodynamic water separation breakthrough (HWSB) tank (TNK005), one (1) 500 bbl condensate tank (TNK004), two (2) 350,000 bbl evaporation ponds (FUG001), one (1) condensate loading area (LUD001), and one (1) 762 hp Caterpillar C15 ACERT emergency generator (ENG001). The Nighthawk Facility is located in the NE¼ NE¼ of Section 7, T38N, R73W, approximately twenty-one (21) miles west of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.
For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency’s analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F029333 and permit number P0026051 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
