In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Jackalope Gas Gathering Services, LLC to construct the Big Horn Compressor Station (F029170) to consist of: four (4) 1,875 hp Caterpillar G3606LE A4 compressor engines (ENG01-ENG004), five (5) 268 hp Capstone C200 microturbine generators (ENG005-ENG009), one (1) 50 MMscfd TEG dehydration unit (DHY001) with one (1) 2.0 MMBtu/hr reboiler (BOL001), five (5) 400 bbl condensate storage tanks (TNK001-TNK005), two (2) 400 bbl produced water storage tanks (TNK006, TNK008), one (1) 500 bbl gun barrel tank (TNK007), one (1) 100 bbl methanol storage tank (TNK009), one (1) 27.0 MMBtu/hr process flare (FLR001), one (1) 2.0 MMBtu/hr process flare (FLR002), two (2) 1.0 MMBtu/hr enclosed combustors (FLR003-FLR004), truck loadout (LUD001), pigging activities (BVC001), compressor blowdowns (BVC002), engine startup emisisons (BVC003), engine crankcase emissions (VNT001), compressor rod packing (VNT002), and fugitive emissions (FUG001). The Big Horn Compressor Station is located in the NW¼NE¼ of Section 13, T34N, R71W, approximately eleven (11) miles north-northwest of Douglas, in Converse County, Wyoming.

This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Converse County Library, Douglas, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Converse County Clerk’s Office, Douglas, Wyoming.
