NOTICE OF HEARING ON PETITION FOR DETERMINATION OF HEIRSHIP AND INTEREST IN REAL ESTATE

To All Persons Interested in the Above-Entitled Matter:

    You are hereby notified that a Petition for Determination of Heirship and Interest in Real Estate has been filed in the above-named Court alleging that Nellie M. Smith died on October 26, 1944, a resident of Portland, Oregon, and at the time of her death died seized of an undivided 1/5 interest in and to any and all minerals contained in and under the following described real estate located in Converse County, Wyoming:

    Township 33 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M.

    Section 01: Lots, 1, 2, S/2 NE/4,

together with the right of ingress and egress for exploration, production and development of the same.  

    Said Petition prays that the Court enter its Decree determining the time of death of the decedent, determining the heirs of the decedent, and determining the right of descent to the mineral interest described therein.

    Said Petition is set for hearing before the above-named Court, in the Converse County Courthouse, Douglas, Wyoming, on June 28, 2013 at 9:00 a.m., for final determination and entry of Decree as provided in Wyo. Stat. § 2-9-203.
