NOTICE OF HEARING

TO:    All Creditors, Heirs, Devisees and other persons interested in the Estate of Donald E. Howell, Deceased

    YOU, and each of you, are hereby notified that on the 21st day of June 2019, the Petition of Linda Hayes was filed in this Court requesting a Determination of Heirship to real property owned by Donald E. Howell now deceased, having died on August 5, 1990. At the time of his death being a resident of the State of Missouri; and that at the time of his death owned an undivided one-third (1/3rd) interest in the following described real property (minerals) located in Converse County, Wyoming:

An undivided 1/10th (10%) interest, in the oil, gas and minerals, in, on or under the following described property, to-wit:

Township 34 North, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Converse County, Wyoming

Section 9:    NE¼

Section 10:    NW¼

Containing 320 acres, more or less      32 Net Mineral Acres

and no previous record judicial determination of said decedent’s heirs of right of descent and distribution of said real property interest having been had within the State of Wyoming;     

    IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the Petition of Linda Hayes requesting a Determination of Heirship of Donald E. Howell, deceased, as filed in this Court, be, and the same is, hereby set for hearing and determination at 8:00 o’clock AM., on the 31st  day of July, 2019, in the District Courtroom, Converse County Courthouse, Douglas, Wyoming, at which time said Petition shall be heard and determined. All interested persons in said estate and proceedings, including creditors, heirs and devisees, are hereby given notice of said Petition and Hearing, and of Petitioner’s request to have the heirs as identified in the Petition determined to be at the time of his death, his heirs or deriving an interest therein from his heirs, and entitled to the hereinabove described interest in the property, as Tenants in Common, according to the laws of the State of Wyoming.   Any objections should be filed in the Office of the Converse County Clerk of the District Court by the 29th day of July, 2019.  Upon said hearing, and objections, if any, an order will be entered accordingly.
