In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Southwestern Production Corporation (CMP001350) to modify the BFU 22-29V well site by converting it to a central facility, known as the BFU 22-29V / BFU 42-29V PAD (F029142), with the addition of production and equipment associated with one new well, the BFU 42-29V, with one common smokeless flare to control volatile organic compound and hazardous air pollutant emissions associated with the oil tanks, active produced water tanks and produced gas, located in the SE1/4NW1/4 of Section 29, T35N, R76W, approximately ten (10) miles northwest of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.
