In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by ONEOK Rockies Midstream, LLC to install a new processing train at the Sage Creek Gas Plant and associated equipment. The new equipment proposed for the facility include one (1) 6.36 MMBtu/hr regeneration heater, three (3) 400 bbl condensate tanks, one (1) 500-gal methanol tank, and one (1) process flare to control emissions from process venting/blowdowns. The Sage Creek Gas Plant is located in the SE¼ SE¼ of Section 4, T36N, R75W, approximately eighteen (18) miles north of Glenrock, in Converse County, Wyoming.
