PUBLIC NOTICE:

    In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Knife River Corporation - Mountain West to install and operate a portable hot mix asphalt plant, to be initially located at the Knife River’s VR Mine, within Section 2, T33N, R76W, in Converse County, Wyoming.  Maximum production for the portable hot mix asphalt plant is reported at 500,000 tons per year (tpy) and 400 tons per hour (tph) and will use a maximum of fifty percent (50%) Recycled Asphalt Pavement (RAP).
