In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Thunder Creek Gas Services, LLC to modify the PRCC Compressor Station (F026196) to use stripping gas in the compressor station operations and the removal of the John Deere 4045TF290 generator engine (ENG001). The emission change mainly occurred in the dehydration units. The PRCC Compressor Station is located in the SW¼ SE¼ of Section 18, T40N, R71W, approximately sixteen (16) miles north-northwest of Bill, in Converse County, Wyoming.
