* WHAT...Snow. Total snow accumulations of 4 to 8 inches expected
for the lower elevations, with 8 to 12 inches possible over the
mountains.
* WHERE...Converse and Niobrara Counties including Douglas, Bill,
and Lusk. The highest snow totals are expected over the northern
Laramie Range and along the Pine Ridge.
* WHEN...Until 6 PM MDT Friday. The heaviest snow is expected
today and tonight.
* IMPACTS...Hazardous travel conditions due to icy, snow covered
roads and reduced visibilities in falling snow. The worst road
impacts will occur at night and in the early morning hours.
