The 2022 golf season is swinging right along in typical fashion as the state tournament is less than three weeks away.

The Douglas High School golf teams wrapped up their fall seasons at the State meet in Lander last weekend. The boys squad finished seventh in the 3A, and the three-person girls team landed in 11th.
By the time Cats head golf coach Chase Plumb boarded the bus ride back from Wheatland, he’d been studying his team’s results up and down.
It was a strong weekend for the Douglas High School boys and girls golf teams, who picked up strong finishes while competing at last weekend’s 3A Conference Golf Tournament in Wheatland throughout the two days of competition Sept. 8-9.
